So I've got a slow leak in one of my tires. Not a huge deal, but it does
Mean I have to drive up to the gas station every two or three days to get air in the tire. The gas station attendants here do that for you so I don't even need to get out of the car. I need new tires, but I'm trying to wait until everything calms down here virus wise.
Today I went out with some soapy water and identified the source of the leak, what appears to be a very small nail. So, in a desperate attempt to stop going out just to get air in the tire, I threw some crazy glue over the leak and then slapped a generous amount of duct tape on it. We've got another vehicle, so this one can if needed just sit in the driveway until Thanos is defeated.
So, does the duct tape:
A. Stop the leak entirely til I have to drive the car again.
B. Slow the leak, but I'm still going to have to get air every week or so.
C. Do nothing to help.
I figured I had nothing to lose and until I can get to a tire place, I'm just looking for a cheap easy temporary fix.
